Impact Test
Our impact tests follow UCI standards for road, cyclocross, and gravel wheels—performed without tires. For MTB wheels, tests are conducted with tires mounted to simulate real-world conditions. Impact standards for private label products can be fully customized.
Stiffness Test
We measure both vertical and lateral stiffness to assess how the rim performs on specific terrain and the ride feel it delivers. A static force of 30kgf (lateral) and 50kgf (vertical) is applied to the rim during testing. Test conditions can be customized to meet your product or market requirements.
Tire Inflation Test
Strong tire retention under high pressure is a key indicator of rim quality. During testing, the rim width variation must remain within 0.2 mm to ensure consistency and safety. Test parameters can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
Wheel Building Test
A rim is only one part of the wheel system. We verify drilling angles, stiffness, and rim geometry to ensure seamless integration with spokes, hubs, and nipples.
Spoke Pull-Through Test
Spoke holes are critical stress points. Each new rim design undergoes pull-through testing to ensure proper reinforcement. The minimum pull-out strength must exceed 320kgf to pass.
Greenhouse Test
The Greenhouse Test is designed to simulate extreme conditions, such as when a wheel and tire assembly is exposed to high temperatures during transport in direct sunlight. This test is conducted in accordance with ISO 4210-7:2023, section 4.4.
