For open-mold products (molds belongs to NTP), there is no MOQ for your orders. Yet you enjoy a lower unit price as the volume goes up. We have staggered pricing system for 0-100pcs, 101-199pcs, and 200pcs+.
Can I customize my decals?
Feel free to customize the waterslide decals and stickers to put on your rims and wheels. We can also customize the serial number sticker and installation notes for you.
Can I customize my packaging?
Sure! From the interior packaging materials to the packaging box, feel free to send us your special requests.
How soon can I get the test samples?
For open-mold products, the turnaround time is less than two weeks. Without any special requirements on the layup, the sample rims can be ready within 2 business days.
Can you make the product design for me?
We have an in-house engineering team to create product drawings for you. We can offer CFD analyses and FEA simulations upon your request.
What valve hole does the open mold product feature?
All our shared mold rims are drilled in the Presta valve type. If you want to customize it to be Schrader type, just talk with us.
Can I get a tubular version of the clincher rims?
To change the tire interface from clincher type to the tubular type, we need a new set of sliding blocks. This involves some extra costs. Discuss further about your requests and our sales representatives will quote for you accordingly.
Can I get a different rim appearance?
The rim weaves are customizable: UD, 3K weave, 12K weave, marble, hexa-comb, wire-carbon mix, etc. You can also customize the rim finish from glossy to matte and something in between.
