Since 2013, NTP has grown from a carbon rim manufacturer into a trusted OEM/ODM partner for cycling brands worldwide. As our customers' needs have evolved, so have our capabilities. Today, we offer a comprehensive range of carbon cycling products, including rims, complete wheelsets, handlebars, forks, and framesets.

Our focus is helping brands bring competitive products to market through flexible manufacturing, engineering support, and dependable production.

Our open-mold carbon rims are developed with close attention to market trends and real-world riding demands. Each platform is designed to provide an excellent balance of performance, reliability, and manufacturing flexibility.

If you require specifications beyond our standard catalog, our ODM engineering team can develop a tailored solution based on your product requirements. We also manufacture additional rim models that are not publicly listed online.

Based on your product positioning and budget, we recommend the most suitable hub supplier for your project. In addition to our manufacturing partners, we can also source hubs from established brands such as DT Swiss, Industry Nine, and Tune for custom wheel builds.

From product variety, to development capability, and manufacturing efficiency - we recommend the best suited supplier and products for our clients. We offer a broad selection of carbon spokes, with blade widths ranging from 2.9 mm to 5.4 mm and multiple hardware configurations. The lightest option is of titanium hardware and a single spoke weighs 1.8g (260mm). Learn more about it >>

For projects requiring traditional materials, we also source premium steel and titanium spokes from leading manufacturers.

Simply specify your preferred combination of rims, hubs, and spokes, and we'll calculate the correct spoke lengths for your build. For new component combinations, we may recommend a trial build to verify spoke lengths and ensure optimal wheel performance.

We partner with one of China's leading tubeless rim tape manufacturers to provide reliable sealing solutions for complete wheelsets. Private branding and OEM packaging are also available upon request.

Our valve stem partner manufactures products for several internationally recognized cycling brands. Their extensive range of Presta valve stems is suitable for road, gravel, and mountain bike applications. Multiple colors, lengths, and branding options are available.

In addition to wheels, we manufacture carbon cycling components including road and MTB handlebars, integrated cockpits, seatposts, saddles, and forks. At present, these products are available exclusively through private-mold development.

We manufacture carbon framesets across multiple cycling disciplines, including road, gravel, and e-gravel. Our engineering team has extensive experience developing carbon frames, allowing us to support projects from concept and engineering through tooling, testing, and mass production.
